Do we have to upload files manually?
No. Secure two-way synchronization connects the folders you choose (on your computer, company server, SharePoint, OneDrive) with the AI environment. The agent works exactly where you direct it. It reads, edits and creates files.
Can we create our own agents for our firm?
Yes. Each agent is a file with instructions, permitted skills and access rights. You build a specialist (GDPR, civil law, drafting assistant) precisely in your firm’s style. You distribute your own skills, templates and letterheads as add-ons across the team.
Where does the data physically reside?
It is your decision. A certified cloud, the firm’s private cloud, or fully on-premises with no access on our side. All under ISO 27001, 27017 and 27018 certification.
Can CODEXIS AI be connected to our DMS?
Yes. Through the add-on system we connect to SharePoint, OneDrive or your own storage, for example. For specific systems we help prepare an integration connector as an add-on. The AI then works over the case file in its natural environment.
