Overview of the apps in CODEXIS AI for ongoing monitoring of data and documents with regular reports on changes.
Apps are tools for ongoing monitoring of data, documents and your own agendas right inside CODEXIS AI. Unlike a one-off question, an app keeps watching a topic over time and alerts you when something changes. This page lists the available apps with links to detailed guides.
Open the apps from the Tools section of the left-hand menu via Apps. They come with installed plugins and the overview groups them by the plugin they belong to (for example CODEXIS - Legal Database or Czech Property Registry). You can also find a specific app with the Search apps… box.
Available apps
- Followed documents tracks changes to legislation by CODEXIS ID and the legislation referenced by documents in your project folders.
- Tracked Case Law follows new case law on a given topic and prepares a regular AI report.
- Cadastre - Tracked Proceedings tracks the status of Czech cadastral proceedings (entry, record, lien) and reports changes.
- Insolvency Watchdog watches companies by IČO and people by name and date of birth in the Czech Insolvency Register (ISIR) and reports new and changed proceedings.
- Collection of Deeds watches the Collection of Deeds of the Czech public registers and reports newly filed documents of tracked companies, ready to download.
- Trademark Watchdog monitors word and figurative trademarks against the ÚPV and EUIPO registers and watches for similar applications and registrations.
- SID - Internal Documents connects the AI to SID, an app for managing internal documents. The AI can then search, read and download documents from SID.
- ONEPOST - Data Boxes connects the AI to ONEPOST. The AI reads messages and attachments from Czech data boxes and, on your instruction, prepares and sends a data message.
- Datify - Digital AI Office connects the AI to Datify, an app for managing company agendas. The AI reads and edits your collections, datasets and records.
The apps are useful for agendas you would otherwise have to check by hand: new case law, amendments to legislation or the status of a cadastral proceeding. How to switch on the plugins the apps come with is described in chapter 9. Add-ons.
