Collection of Deeds
What it is: The Collection of Deeds app monitors the Collection of Deeds of the Czech public registers (justice.cz). Add a company by its IČO (Czech company ID) and the app automatically checks when the company files a new document in the collection — financial statements, annual reports, notarial deeds, articles of association and more. You can download new filings right away and get notified about changes.
Czech application
The Collection of Deeds app works with the collection of deeds of the Czech public registers (or.justice.cz) — you can monitor subjects with a Czech IČO.
1. Install the add-on
The application comes to CODEXIS AI Agent with the Sbírka listin ČR (Czech Collection of Deeds) add-on:
- Open Add-ons in the left-hand menu.
- In the ATLAS GROUP add-ons section, find the Sbírka listin ČR card (or use the Search add-ons… box).
- Click Install.
2. Open the application and add a subject
Once the add-on is installed, go to Tools → Applications in the left-hand menu and click the Collection of Deeds card. Until you monitor anything, you'll see the welcome screen saying "You are not monitoring any subjects yet". Enter the company's IČO (8 digits, e.g. 27082440) and click + Add.
You can also do it from the chat
You can set up monitoring in a plain conversation as well — for example: "Watch the collection of deeds of the company with IČO 27082440."
3. Browse the filings of monitored subjects
The left-hand panel lists all monitored subjects with their document counts; the Unread toggle shows only subjects with new filings. Clicking a subject opens its detail with the name, IČO, file number and registry court, the time of the last check, and an Open in the public register link that takes you straight to justice.cz.
The Documents tab holds the complete list of filings in the collection — for each one you can see the document type, filing number and filing date, and save it with the Download button. The Change history tab shows what was added and when.
Use Refresh to check the current status, and remove a subject with the Remove button. Add another company via the IČO field in the top-right corner and the + Add button.
Downloaded filings straight into chat
Downloaded filings are saved to a folder in your workspace. You can then work with the documents directly in the AI chat — have financial statements summarized, compare articles of association with the previous version, or pull key facts from a notarial deed.
4. Set up notifications
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner. In Notification settings, choose how you learn about new filings:
- Email on new filing — a summary of new filings arrives by email.
- Notification center alerts — alerts appear directly in CODEXIS AI Agent.
How often it checks: By default the app checks the collection of deeds daily. Monitoring runs as an automation, so you can adjust the check frequency and the time window (morning, afternoon, evening, night) in Automations — see chapter 7. Automation.
💡 In practice: Add your business partners, clients, or counterparties — and you no longer have to check the collection of deeds manually. As soon as a company files new financial statements, a notarial deed, or amended articles of association, you'll know from the email and can download the document right away.
